{ Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps }

I've seen this idea floating around Pinterest countless times and finally decided to try it. Honestly, I think it's pretty genius & definitely a fun spin on traditional salsa.

And it's so easy to whip up as a unique party appetizer - I made it for my brother's birthday party last night, and all of my family approved!

To make it, simply dice all of the fruit into small, evenly sized cubes. This takes a little bit of time & patience, but it's worth it!

{ And of course, you can use any combination of fruits you'd like. }

Once all of the fruit is cubed, place it into a bowl and top it with the sugar, lemon zest, juice, and the melted jelly.

Gently stir everything together, making sure not to break apart the fruit.

Let the fruit salsa sit for a few hours to let the flavors combine, and serve it with cinnamon chips!

{ You can easily make them from scratch by baking flour tortillas coated with butter and cinnamon sugar, or just buy them from the store to make your life easier! }

1 quart strawberries
1 peach {peeled}
