If you've never made homemade ice cream, don't fret! It's not as complicated as it sounds - at all. Just follow these easy steps!
And the cookies are even simpler, with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and fridge. Here's the recipe.

All you need is 2 cookies & 1 big scoop.
Yes, they taste just as good as they look.
The cookies have an amazing fudgy brownie center, with crisp edges. And the ice cream is
sweet & smooth with swirls of salty peanut butter and chunks of peanut butter cups.
The combination is out of this world.
They also store great in the freezer! I threw mine together ahead of time to take the photos, and then wrapped each separately and froze them for later.
And because rainbow sprinkles are my favorite, I couldn't resist decorating a few!
